Annual Waivers
Waivers must be completed by each participant on an annual basis, prior to attendance or on site with one of our club administrators. A new waiver will be available at the start of the season every September and will apply for the entire season (September through August).
You may either e-sign the waiver by clicking the pop-up button at the bottom of the page, scanning the QR code, visiting this link, or by downloading the attached pdf. If manually signing the PDF, please send a signed copy to smash.badmtn.club@gmail.com or bring a signed copy in person during your first club session of the season. Each waiver can support up to 4 signatures, so if you are bringing a friend (or three) all 4 may sign the same document. |
